We currently ship to:

- Available across all regions of the UK.

2. Shipping Costs
Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.
International Orders : Shipping rates vary by destination.
Charges will be provided prior to dispatch and must be confirmed by the customer.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 working days from the date of purchase.
Processing times may be extended during peak periods, holidays, or promotional events.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.
Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery: 3–7 working days, depending on your chosen shipping method.
International Estimated delivery: 7–20 working days, depending on destination and courier services.
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs procedures, courier backlogs, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the parcel is handed to the courier.
6. Shipping Delays
Delivery may be delayed due to:

7. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees imposed by local authorities. These charges are not included in product or shipping costs.
MYSTARALUXE is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
8. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are accurate when placing your order. We are not liable for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If you need to amend your shipping details, contact us as soon as possible at support@mystaraluxe.com, before your order has been dispatched.
9. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a parcel is marked as “Delivered” by the courier, MYSTARALUXE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package appears missing after delivery confirmation, please contact the courier directly.
You may also contact us for guidance, and we will do our best to assist.
10. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@mystaraluxe.com
To process your claim, please include:
- A continuous, unedited opening/unboxing video
- Photos clearly showing the damage to the product and packaging
- Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
