At MYSTARALUXE, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Every order is carefully inspected before dispatch.
Please read our Return & Refund Policy prior to placing your order.
1. Returns
We currently do not accept returns unless an item arrives damaged or defective.
We kindly ask that you review your order carefully and refer to our size chart before completing your purchase.
2. Replacements for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, we are happy to provide a replacement, subject to stock availability.
To process the claim, we require an uninterrupted unboxing video of the parcel (from start to finish, with no cuts or edits), as all items are quality-checked prior to shipment.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Report the issue
- Email our Customer Support team at support@mystaraluxe.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please Include:
- Your Order Number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos
- The full unboxing video
Assessment
Our team will review your claim and supporting evidence.
Approval
If approved, we will arrange a replacement for the damaged/faulty item (subject to availability).
Exclusions
Claims will not be approved for:
- Damage caused by improper handling, misuse, or neglect
- Items that have been used, altered, or submitted without the required unboxing video
3. Return Eligibility (If Applicable)
If a return is approved (in exceptional cases):
- The item must be returned within 8 days of delivery.
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging, with all tags attached.
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be eligible for return or refund.
4. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalised products
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
5. Return Process
If your return has been approved:

Approval & Instructions
Once approved, we will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Shipping the Item
Customers are responsible for the return postage. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.
6. Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, and if approved, you will receive:
- Store credit, or
- A refund to your original payment method (as agreed during your claim)
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
7. Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges for size or colour variations. Please refer to our size chart before placing your order.
8. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
